BARRE Class with instructor Kristi Epping! All levels welcome. Barre is non-impact workout using movements derived from ballet to get a high-intensity, full body workout often performed at the ballet barre. Please bring your own Yoga mat and water bottle. Minimum # of Participants to hold class = 3. Maximum # of Participants = 6. Nov. 5 - Dec. 17th (no class week of Thanksgiving). 9 - 10am.
