Intro to Stained Glass

Learn the basics of stained glass by creating this beautiful flower with instructor Sharon Smithem! In this class you will be creating a small stain glass piece from start to finish that includes wire and glass pieces. You can also bring in things to attach your flowers. Be creative! You will learn the copper foil Tiffany Stained-glass method, cutting glass, grinding the glass, copper foiling, and how to solder your art together. This size of the project is approximately 6“ x 8“ with a wooden birch tree base. Choose from a variety of glass colors.
