Dabble in the Arts Series: Intro to Stained Glass
Learn the basics of stained glass by creating a beautiful flower with instructor Sharon Smithem!
In this class you will be creating a small piece from start to finish that includes wire and glass pieces. You can also bring in things to attach your flowers to. Be creative!
You will learn the copper foil Tiffany Stained-Glass method, cutting glass, grinding the glass, copper foiling, and how to solder your art together. The size of the project is 6" x 8" with a wooden birch tree base. Choose from a variety of glass colors.
All materials are included except you must provide your own 100 watt soldering iron. Which you can purchase at Hobby Lobby for $20-$25.
