Slow Flow Yoga - A 1 hour class that will move through traditional yoga poses as a slow and relaxing pace, while focusing on breath-work. This class allows us to slow down, tune inward and gain strength, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome & no experience necessary! Bring your own Yoga mat. With instructor Ellie Esford.
