Northern Homes CDC

Northern Homes Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit affordable housing organization serving northern Michigan. We create and preserve housing opportunities through the development and management of affordable and workforce rental housing, construction and rehabilitation of homes for homeownership, and HUD-certified housing counseling and homebuyer education. We partner with local communities, businesses, and organizations to strengthen the region’s housing supply and help residents find and maintain quality, affordable homes.
